Join community partners for this strategic conversation. It’s been many months since we gathered to discuss Supporting Thriving Youth in Park County and we want to check in specifically on building capacity for middle and high-school-aged youth opportunities. 

LiveWell49 is taking over the facilitation of the Communities That Care Coalition, so we’ll explore the workplans and data developed there and how we might best leverage them moving forward.
