Hannah Wologo, Community Health Coordinator

Hannah is a dedicated advocate for people and the planet, with over a decade of experience serving communities across Montana. Her approach is rooted in an equity-centered, systems-oriented lens, driven by a deep understanding of the intersections between society, health, and the environment.

She first realized the importance of working hand in hand with community partners to create local solutions during her graduate studies at Montana State University. There, she immersed herself in public health research, concentrating on rural food systems and community nutrition initiatives. These experiences paved the way for her current work in community health, where she continues to leverage data, systems, and community engagement to drive meaningful change.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys Montana’s incredible outdoor recreation access and cherishes the simple pleasures of life with her family.
